About Sue
I have been a resident of Pelham/Fonthill for over 20 years, and have had a 35+ year long career in residential real estate, commercial real estate, real estate consulting and corporate real estate including mortgage operations. From selling condos in 1987 to managing real estate operations to selling residential homes over the last decade, I'm as experienced as they come in managing your real estate situation and providing you advice based on my Boutique Approach. Education and experience can help clients, especially when it comes to evaluating and marketing their homes. My MBA, CPA and history of buying and selling investment properties adds to my ability to bring honest value to my clients.
